Terms of Service
The rules governing Rosanyx VPN accounts, subscriptions and use.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Rosanyx VPN you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and have legal capacity to enter the agreement.
2. Service
Rosanyx provides access to VPN infrastructure and related applications. Server locations, IP addresses, capacity and supported platforms may change for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Reasonable service limits may be applied to protect network availability.
3. No absolute guarantee
A VPN does not guarantee absolute anonymity, uninterrupted availability, a particular IP address, compatibility with every platform, access to all services or access to geo-restricted content. External services may block VPN addresses.
4. Subscriptions and payments
The checkout must disclose price, currency, taxes, billing period, renewal, device limit and cancellation terms before payment. Complete card details are handled by the selected payment provider. Current commercial prices and renewal rules are TO_BE_DEFINED.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation stops future renewal where applicable; access normally continues until the paid period ends unless law or the purchase channel requires otherwise. Refunds follow the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law. Apple and Google purchases may need to be handled by the relevant store.
6. Suspension and termination
Rosanyx may proportionately suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, fraud, non-payment, security risk, unlawful conduct or serious repeated infrastructure complaints. Decisions should be documented and reviewed where appropriate.
7. Availability and liability
Maintenance and unexpected interruptions may occur. Liability exclusions and statutory consumer protections must be reviewed for the user’s jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Law, changes and contact
The applicable law and competent courts require final legal review before commercial launch. Material changes will be versioned and may require renewed acceptance. The service is operated by Salvador Carrasco Olmedo, trading as Rosanyx VPN, Spanish tax ID 20079483T. Contact legal@rosanyx.com.
