Rosanyx VPN
Acceptable Use Policy
Uses that are prohibited on the Rosanyx VPN network.
1. Core rule
Rosanyx VPN may not be used to break applicable law, violate the rights of others, damage systems or conceal abusive conduct. A VPN does not make unlawful activity lawful.
2. Prohibited activity
Prohibited uses include unauthorized copyright distribution; intellectual-property infringement; malware, ransomware, phishing, spam or fraud; credential stuffing; DDoS attacks; botnets; malicious scanning; unauthorized vulnerability exploitation or system access; illegal material; child sexual abuse material; harassment, threats, harm to third parties; unauthorized resale; and conduct causing serious repeated infrastructure complaints.
3. How incidents are assessed
Rosanyx does not need to inspect tunnel content to enforce this policy. Reviews may rely on complaints, minimum operational data, infrastructure-provider notices, security patterns and valid legal orders. We will not create browsing histories for this purpose.
4. Actions
Depending on severity and evidence, Rosanyx may request information, limit access, remove a peer, suspend or terminate an account, preserve legally required records or reject an unsupported complaint.
5. Reporting
Report abuse to abuse@rosanyx.com with the affected IP, date and time in UTC, description, evidence and legal reference where relevant.
