How billing periods, renewals and cancellation will work.
1. Before purchase
Checkout will clearly show the total price, currency, taxes, plan duration, automatic-renewal status, billing frequency, trial conditions and device limit before payment confirmation.
2. Renewal
Renewal rules and notice periods are TO_BE_DEFINED. Automatic renewal will never be hidden. If a trial converts into a paid plan, the conversion date and price must be shown before activation.
3. Cancellation
Users will be able to cancel through the relevant account or store. Cancellation normally prevents the next charge; the exact end of access depends on the displayed plan and applicable law.
4. Channels
Direct web billing, Google Play and Apple subscriptions may have different management and refund procedures. The selected provider’s checkout and account tools will identify the controlling channel.
